A MAJOR EVENT TO CELEBRATE 30 YEARS OF INNOVATION
On October 11, FOLAN gathered nearly 200 market players – clients, institutions and partners – to celebrate its 30th anniversary and inaugurate its new premises in Rillieux-la-Pape, twice as large as its previous industrial site.
It was a time of celebration, with a colorful day organized around several round tables, innovative digital animations and an exclusive visit to discover our new facilities.
INFRANUM, CO-ORGANIZER OF A MORNING FOCUSED ON THE FUTURE
Officially launched by Ludovic Robert, CEO of FOLAN, Etienne Dugas, President of INFRANUM and Patrick Chaize, President of AVICCA and Senator of Ain, the morning has kept its promises, with two round tables that addressed:
• The future of SmartCities, with the participation of Alexandre Vincendet, the Mayor of Rillieux-la-Pape; Xavier Vignon, President of Sogetrel; François-Antoine Leriche, RIP Project Development Manager at AXIANS – Vinci Energies; Jérôme Granger, RIP FTTO project manager for the Métropole de Lyon; Marion Eymar, Digital Expert of the Banque des Territoires in Rhône-Alpes and Antoine Dumas, Eastern Regional Director – Concession Director Grand Lyon THD at Covage
• The Very High Speed network as a vector for innovation, approached by
industry figures such as David Elfassy, President of Altitude Infrastructure;

We thank all the speakers for sharing with us their expertise, but also the facilitators, Julien Delmouly and Ludovic Provost, who knew how to lead the debates to give great information to the audience.
BEHIND THE SCENES AT FOLAN’S NEW INDUSTRIAL SITE
After a convivial cocktail reception, the afternoon started with an exclusive visit of all the premises of the company. In particular, our customers had the opportunity to discover our new cable cutting machine, our 100% made in France production workshop, and a 70 m² showroom, equipped with the latest FOLAN innovations and presenting all of our offer.
The afternoon then continued with three conferences, led by our Product Managers Rozenn, Adrien and Fabien, who offered participants an inventory of FTTH, FTTA and Passive Optical LAN technologies. With the feedback of Pascal Jolly, Director of the very high-speed digital development of the Departmental Council of Isère and Dominique Watel, President of CREDO, these conferences were also the opportunity to discover FOLAN solutions to answer tomorrow’s issues in fiber networks.
A spectacular day, closed by a festive evening, which recalls the path traveled by FOLAN and unveils our perspective for the years to come. Thank you to all the participants who contributed to the success of this day!
